Z-Tech/ICF is currently seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to
support an NIH project located in Bethesda, MD.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: *Working
knowledge of use case development *Experience leading JAD sessions to
define system requirements *BS in Computer Science or related discipline
(MS or MBA a plus) *Technical knowledge of SQL and Oracle a plus
*Excellent written and oral communications skills *NIH or grants
management experience a plus *Knowledge of business process modeling
techniques and tools a plus
Position responsibilities include:
- Eliciting requirements from project
stakeholders
- Defining, maintaining and managing system requirements
- Participating in planning for system releases
- Conducting JAD sessions
for the system requirements
- Maintaining requirements traceability
- Coordinating the implementation of requirements across multiple teams
- Support design, development and testing activities as needed

Participates in Quality Assurance reviews of the architecture, design,
test artifacts
